Returns & Refunds policy

Refunds

We want you to love Loomey as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your products you may do so within 30 days of purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your Loomey must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way with its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, please note we cannot control the speed of money reaching your bank, please be patient.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your Loomey is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare event you have received a damaged or faulty Loomey please contact us immediately via hello@loomey.com.au.

If the item is deemed faulty we will send a replacement (if available) free of charge. We will at our discretion request the item be returned to us for inspection. In some instances we cannot process a return unless we can inspect and confirm the faulty item. Please confirm prior to sending any items back to us.

Please inspect your goods upon arrival to ensure any faulty items are returned within the 30 day timeline advised above.
